Technical Talk: Safety Boat procedures and Race Officer briefing

Talk given by Bob Horlock will act as a refresher of what needs to be considered by the safety boat crew including key circumstances they may encounter. Likewise the Race Officers briefing will update on key aspects of the race officers duties and additions to the race officers briefing instructions
