Exe Squad Tera Sailors at National Championships
Five of our Exe Squad Tera sailors made the big trip to North Wales last week to compete at the Tera Nationals and what a week they had. With brilliant weather and decent breeze, Stefan, Barney, Neva, Freddie and Jack represented Exe Sailing Club superbly both on and off the water. Girls Go Sailing Cruise to Dartmouth | 16-17 May 2026
Six boats with female skippers and 25 women and girls crewing sailed to beautiful Dartmouth from Exe Sailing Club to enjoy the Music Festival on the weekend of 16th-17th May. A brisk SW wind meant a beat from Exmouth in cold grey conditions. One boat, Zawadi sailed from Plymouth for the weekend to join us, which was brilliant. Blue Skies Welcome Visitors to the Exe Tera and Topper Open
This year's Tera and Topper Open hosted by the Exe Sailing Club welcomed visitors from across the south-west with blue skies and sunshine. With races held at sea, our race officer did a fantastic job of getting three great races in, despite the light winds which by mid-afternoon dropped away to bring the sailing to a close. ESC Sailor Ben Cornish Selected as GB1 America's Cup Helm
