Introducing Chef Joe Ritchie, our newest culinary talent who's set to take your taste buds on a delightful journey here at the Exe Sailing Club. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Joe brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for crafting exceptional dishes.
Joe will start slowly from 16 April serving post sailing food only in his first week, Tuesday to Thursday - hearty offerings such as flavorful curries, spicy chillies, or comforting lasagnas. Vegetarian options available for those seeking plant-powered delights and lighter bites such as crispy chips or indulgent cheesy chips for a quick nibble. Friday will see a Tapas menu featuring a variety of small plates perfect for sharing and savoring plus traditional suppers tailored to younger sailors, ensuring everyone can enjoy a feast at the club.
For Sunday 21 April there's a two course sunday roast limited to 35 people. A choice of Roast Beef or Mushroom Wellington followed by either freshly made Tiramisu or a G/F Apple crumble and custard, all for £16.50. See below to book your place or contact Laura if you are having difficulty.Related
