RYA Day Sailing

NOTE: This is not a course we run as standard, however we will run when demand requires. Contact the Training Team to discuss.

AIM

Aimed at getting you sailing on a day trip away safely with enough skills and knowledge. Usually a trip to a pub for lunch involved.

DURATION

A 2 day course (a minimum of 16 hours)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Sailing skills to the standard of RYA Level 2 Basic Skills/ RYA Youth Sailing Scheme Stage 4

MINIMUM AGE

Minimum age: 13yrs

Course held at Exe Sailing Club with a minimum duration of 16 hours, with a maximum ratio of, 1 instructor to 9 students in double handers, or 1 instructor to 6 students in single handers.
